Proposal
We deliver a no obligation proposal outlining an improvement plan based on the initial consultation/assessment.
Improvement implementations
We work directly with your team to implement improvements while coaching and guiding your team to ensure lasting results.
Daniel R. Lerz, Senior Consultant/Owner
With over 25 years of Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Management experience he has successfully implemented improvement initiatives across multiple facets of manufacturing businesses in West Michigan. He understands the balance between people, process and execution.
He started his professional career in custom water treatment systems where he gained knowledge in multiple Engineering, Operations and Management roles in a job shop environment. Most recently he worked in the medium/high volume contract furniture industry holding multiple progressing leadership roles in Engineering and Operations. He has a high level of business acumen coupled with a detailed understanding of what it takes to get results.
Dan earned a Bachelors of Science in both Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
